CASAYOPRO · COMMUNITY & CAMPAIGN

A place for creatives
to connect.

I helped organize a gathering for bilingual creatives and professionals, and built the visual identity and campaign that brought the idea into the room.

Start with the people.

CasaYoPro grew around a shared interest: giving bilingual creatives, entrepreneurs and professionals a place to meet, exchange ideas and collaborate. Music and an informal setting were part of that invitation.

As organizer and creative director, I connected the event idea to its visual presentation, creating the identity and promotional assets across the campaign.

Give the invitation
its own character.

I developed a geometric wordmark and a visual treatment built around illustrated textures, deep blue backgrounds and luminous accents. The retro television treatment carried that look into the motion pieces, with grain and separated color edges giving the imagery a broadcast feel.

The campaign included public promotions, RSVP reminders and variations for performers and event partners. Each piece carried a different message while sharing the same visual language.

Make room for
the collaborators.

The artwork also had to represent the performers, venue and partners involved in the event. I adapted the layouts to give those names a place within the campaign while retaining its texture, typography and color treatment.

Lucía C. Moreno brought PR and Spanglish strategy to CasaYoPro. The creative work supported a shared effort to bring people together.

Carry it into
the experience.

The identity appeared on screens in the venue, connecting the promotional work to the gathering itself. Event coverage and the website then gave the community a record of what happened and a place to discover more.
